The Shout Box it seems will not be enabled for users of Internet Explorer using this current site layout. I think it may be the transparent background layer is causing some kind of conflict with IE. Still trying to figure out the problem with the CSS template I am using here but it seems to work fine with everything except IE :(.
Unfortuneatly for now if you want access to the shoutbox you will have to access the site using Firefox, Opera or Netscape. If you are on a Mac, Safari works perfectly fine as well. I will update if I come up with a fix for this problem.
